Errors will be corrected when discovered and Red Sofa Company reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted). Red Sofa Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY FEES

RedSofaCompany.com offers you Top Quality Furniture and Bedding products through our Website. We sell only quality furniture and bedding products. Our prices are low because products are delivered factory direct to us or delivered right to our customers. No Fancy showroom equals Low Overhead which results in Very Low Prices. All furniture and bedding products are new, sealed in factory packaging. Some pieces may require limited assembly.

For local Pickup order and/or Local Delivery order, all furniture and bedding purchases through RedSofaCompany.com will be shipped to our Warehouse in Pocatello, Idaho. We offer National Curbside Residential Delivery Services that do cost extra and will be notated at time of check out. And special services such as a lift gate or in-home delivery will be another extra service that is available upon request, but will cost extra. Contact us for more information and a quote.

Shipping time ranges from 5-10 business days from the day the product is ordered depending on stock availability. Simmons upholstery orders may take up to 4-8 weeks since furniture is made in the USA and built on demand.  If the item is out of stock, we will contact you with a estimated time of arrival and you can decide if you would still like to proceed with the order. We will refund your transaction if the order is more than  Also consider a shipping delay during the holidays or due to weather conditions. Please contact us to check stock and for an actual estimated delivery date.

Delivery fees will depend on the distance between the product final destination and our warehouse. To request a shipping quote, please include your complete address on the price inquiry form.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept: Cash, Check, Debit, or Credit card through PayPal and over the phone. Check orders will be processed once the funds have cleared. There is a 3.5% fee for all credit/debit card payments processed by PayPal or phone. All orders and payments not placed online will still agree the the same Policy and Terms outlined on the website.

 

WARRANTY

RedSofaCompany.com warranty covers all factory defects or shipping damages within 5 days of delivery.

This warranty is limited to the Manufacturer’s defect under normal use and delivery damage. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse like exposure to extreme temperature, negligence, wrong assembly, accidental wear and tear, unauthorized repair, etc. Upholstery products come with individual warranties depending on the manufacturer, ranging from one year to limited lifetime. Each manufacture warranty is different, if you have any warranty questions, please contact us and we can supply you with that information.

Bedding products come with individual warranties depending on the manufacturer, again you can contact us for warrant information.

 

RETURN POLICY

There is a no return or exchange policy after purchasing the merchandise. All Sales are Final, No Refunds. However, if a product arrives damaged, Red Sofa Company will repair or replace the item as soon as possible at no extra charge to you.  In order to do so, please provide digital images of all damages with descriptions and email to RedSofaCompany@gmail.com. We will need the following:

1. Picture of the whole item

2.Picture of damaged area

3. Picture of the box and

4. Picture of the item number on the box.

Do not throw away or damage the product’s packaging until you are sure that the product is in good condition. Everything would have to be returned in its original packaging. . Red Sofa Company guarantees all products. Please check all furniture and bedding measurements before you order. We do offer a FREE Space Planning service with purchase. We do charge a $50.00 fee per room, but will refund the money when order is placed or discount the amount from you bill. This is a great extra service that can give you reassurance that your furniture will fit in the space. Please email us with room dimensions. We will not be liable for wrong measurements and the space planning service will only be good for measurements that were given. We will allow up to  (2) furniture options to place in your space.

BEDDING MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER STAINS.
ANY STAIN ON A BEDDING PRODUCT WILL  AUTOMATICALLY VOID THE WARRANTY

 

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

All Red Sofa Company LTL Freight and National Curbside deliveries require a signature on the Delivery Receipt or Bill of Lading. When you receive your order you will be required to sign the Delivery Receipt. The delivery receipt is for the purpose of recording the facts at time of delivery and certifies the freight was received in good condition unless otherwise noted. The consignee has the legal obligation to open everything that was delivered to make sure there are no damages. The driver must wait for you to open all the freight, please do not sign anything until you have made a full inspection and you are completely satisfied with the condition of your furniture. Although rare, damages do occur during the shipping process. Please make a notation of the exact damage on the delivery receipt before accepting the delivery. The absence of an exception on the delivery receipt establishes that there were no damages and you are completely satisfied with your purchase. No further claim can be made if you accepted the freight in good condition.

How Will My Order Ship?

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.  Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.

We offer four methods of shipment available: Local Delivery (delivered by Red Sofa Company), Small Parcel, Residential Self Service Truck Delivery, and White Glove.

Small Parcel – We will ship smaller, lighter items via FEDEX or USPS. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 4 and 10 business days (1 to 10 business days for USPS) after it leaves the warehouse.

We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with “No Signature Required.” Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Residential Self Service Truck Delivery – A freight carrier delivers this item. We call this delivery ‘Self Service’ because you’ll need to move the package into your residence yourself. Keep in mind that products that ship this method are either too large or heavy to ship with a small parcel carrier like FedEx or our LTL Freight Carriers, so you may require the assistance of a friend or family member at delivery.  All of our Self Service Delivery providers do require a 2 to 4 hour window for delivery, which will be communicated either by phone or email. Most truck delivery companies offer appointment windows between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. No orders are delivered on the weekends.

Liftgate Services – For $50, our delivery service partners will use a machine called a liftgate to bring the items to the ground for you instead of helping take the items off the truck. If the items are over-sized, we recommend a lift gate for delivery. This $50 fee charged per order, per shipment.

Delivery Notes

  • Once your order arrives in the area, a representative from the shipping company will call you to arrange a 2- to 4-hour window for delivery.
  • Sometimes freight carriers offer their own additional services. Once we send you your tracking info, you can call the carrier directly to get more info.
  • Damage Inspection: Please make sure that you inspect the packages at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, “Product Damaged” clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem

White Glove Freight – Many large or fragile items will be delivered by a white glove freight carrier to ensure the safest and most convenient delivery. White glove works similarly to truck freight, but a delivery team of at least two people brings your items into your home for you. Please note:

  • Once your order arrives in your area, a representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery.
  • Damage Inspection: Please make sure that you inspect the packages at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, “Product Damaged” clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

White Glove Delivery – This service is offered, but not currently on our pricing through the website. Contact us for a White Service quote.

Front Door Delivery

  • Delivery to: Inside the threshold of your residence. Your product will be delivered to your front entrance, The product will not be carried up stairs inside the home. If you live in an apartment above the first floor of a building, we recommend upgrading to Room of Choice or Room of Choice with Packaging Removal.
  • Assembly Service: None
  • Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.

Inside Delivery

  • Delivery to: Inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.
  • Assembly: None
  • Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.

Inside Delivery with Packaging Removal

  • Delivery to: Inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.
  • Assembly Service: None
  • Packaging: The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging.

Inside Delivery with Assembly Service

  • Delivery to: Inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.
  • Assembly Service: The shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).
  • Packaging: The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging.

*In all cases the shipper will not hook up any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.
